DESCRIPTION

With the Frymaster FM145EBLSC's double electronic fry basket lifts (baskets not included), users are able to cook multiple items at different times within the same fry pot. The non-heated dumpstation of this gas fryer is great in keeping the kitchen stocked with fresh product as more is frying up. The process of using this fryer is very simple; snap on the filtration container, put the filtration container into place, and then oil will be filtered and cycled back into the frying pot.

This Used Frymaster FM145EBLSC Fryer was tested by our in house technicians. The unit was connected and filled with the proper amount of oil, and all connections, valves and hoses were checked for leaks and repaired if any were found. The pilot was lit and brought up to maximum temperature. All heating sources and their controls were tested for proper functionality, and the fry pot was checked for leaks and proper draining. The unit was left on for several hours to ensure it can sustain maximum temperature. It was used for a timed cook and checked for consistency. This Used Frymaster FM145EBLSC Fryer passed all quality control tests and is in good condition.
