This convection oven has a four full size pan capacity with 3-1/8" tray spacing. Easily set the manual controls on this oven with the mechanical thermostat which has an adjustable temperature range of 150 - 500° F along with a 60 minute timer with alarm. The two bidirectional reversing fans allow for even cooking as the fan pushes the airflow evenly throughout the oven. The electric convection oven is constructed from stainless steel front and topsides to provide strength and durability. The interior construction of porcelain makes cleaning the inside easier as any food build up can easily be scrubbed away. The adjustable stainless steel feet allow for your kitchen to set the height to exactly what you want. The Moffat electric convection oven provides any kitchen the ability to cook food items at a professional level with ease.
