DESCRIPTION

The Trimble M3 total station has a lightweight, compact and streamlined design. It has a DR technology that provides easy setup, high accuracy, and reliable measurements.

Features include dual-axis compensation, convenient interface, strong data collection, absolute encoder reading system, diametrical horizontal/vertical angle, liquid electric detection method tilt sensor, coaxial red light laser pointer, erect image, Class 2 laser, IP66 protection, RS-232C interface, and USB or integrated Bluetooth communication. Used for topographic surveys, staking, and controls. Suitable for surveying application.
Specifications include 1, 2, 3 or 5 in. distance measurement accuracy, ±(2+2 ppm × D) mm accuracy at the prism, ±(3+2 ppm x D) mm accuracy at reflectorless, 1.6 seconds standard measuring time at prism mode, 2.1 seconds standard measuring time at reflectorless mode, 62 mm circle diameter, 30x magnification, 3 in. resolving power, 1.5 m minimum focusing distance, +/- 3.5 in. compensation range, approx. 26 hours of operating time and operating temperature ranging from -20 to 50 degrees C. Equipped with onboard software, colorful QVGA touchscreen, ergonomic controls, keyboard streamline inputs, tilt sensors, telescope and optical or laser plummet.
