The Star 548TGF Electric Griddle is a countertop model with a 48-inch, steel, griddle plate that is constructed with quality and durability in mind. Providing a heating element every 12-inches of surface space with a one-inch thick top, this griddle can hold maximum temperatures through high volume grilling. This unit has an all stainless-steel and double wall construction which helps reduce heat loss and makes cleaning easy. The heavy-duty metal knobs are protected by the bull nose front and are a part of the cool-to-the-touch front panel. This griddle is UL and CUL listed for your health and safety needs. This model is ideal for larger kitchens serving high volume and need meet production demands. The Star 548TGF Electric Griddle is also known as: 548-TGD
