The Star 548TGF Electric Griddle is a countertop model with a 48-inch, steel, griddle plate that is constructed with quality and durability in mind. Providing a heating element every 12-inches of surface space with a one-inch thick top, this griddle can hold maximum temperatures through high volume grilling. This unit has an all stainless-steel and double wall construction which helps reduce heat loss and makes cleaning easy. The heavy-duty metal knobs are protected by the bull nose front and are a part of the cool-to-the-touch front panel. This griddle is UL and CUL listed for your health and safety needs.
