DESCRIPTION

With an 81-quart capacity, the Primo PSM-50E floor model mixer can mix large amounts of dough to ensure a constant supply when crafting pizza and bread. Its spiral mixer design, which rotates the bowl as its mixing, combined with its reversible mixing system, ensures all dough is thoroughly kneaded with no clumps, reducing waste. Its twin motors can be programmed with two speeds and comes with three spin modes: a manual mode that operates the machine on a single speed, a semi-automatic mode that switches between its two speeds, and a fully automatic mode that switches speeds as well as automatically shuts off after its timer ends.
To ensure it can maintain constant use in high-volume cooking environments, the Primo PSM-50E spiral mixer features a sturdy, solid construction that resists corrosion and minor damage. This design extends to its included accessories, with its safety guard, dough hook, kneading bar, and bowl all being made of stainless steel. Meant to rest on the floor, it measures 242/5 inches wide by 371/5 inches deep by 50 inches high and rests on a series of adjustable casters.
