This mixer is reliable and dependable with gear driven design and a long life gear box, making it ideal for heavy duty dough. The PM-20 features a safety interlock switch which prevents operation when either bowl is lowered or guard is opened. With a 20 quart capacity and 6.6 lbs of flour capacity, Primo (formerly Presto) made this mixer with blending quality in mind.
