DESCRIPTION

The MP5 portable patient monitor is compact in size, ergonomic, and modular in design. It shares a common user interface and technological platform with the Philips IntelliVue MP20-MP90 patient monitors. The MP5 can be connected to one of the MP20 to MP90 monitors and used like a Multi-Measurement Module (MMS), providing monitoring continuity in transport situations. The monitor is highly customizable. Dedicated configurations are available for the anesthesia, critical and cardiac, and neonatal care environments. The IntelliVue series offers a complete monitoring solution that is flexible and modular, designed to suit a broad spectrum of monitoring needs.

FEATURES:

Offers commonly required measurements, built-in, with no user setup necessary for typical use, (ECG, SpO2, NBP, choice of two invasive pressures and temperatures, choice of CO2 monitoring, and compatible with anesthesia monitoring modules.)
Wired and wireless networking for continuous connection, no matter where patients are located on the network
Connects to the IntelliVue XDS Large Display to add a high-resolution larger bedside display to clearly see vital information at a glance and to provide remote-control functionality
Telemetry as a parameter (TAAP) displays telemetry data through a direct connection to a telemetry transceiver
Wireless telemetry as a parameter (WTAAP) expands monitoring capabilities to provide untethered in-room access to ECG/SpO2 data in near-real time

SPECIFICATIONS:

Philips defines actionable alarms that reflect the patient condition or device status and are relevant to the clinical condition of the patient (for example, low respiration rate alarm in patients with respiratory depression).
Depends on the software revision of your IntelliVue Information Center iX, and the ECG documentation system.
Choice of Philips FAST SpO2, Nellcor™ OxiMax™ SpO2, or Masimo® rainbow® SET® SpO2 (including certain Masimo rainbow parameters).
Microstream CO2 provides Integrated Pulmonary Index™ (IPI) - (OPTIONAL)
Using a new and fully charged battery, with basic monitoring configuration (automatic brightness reduction, ECG/RESP and SpO2 measurements in use, NBP every 15 minutes).
Not for EU, CE mark countries, and countries where the IEC 60601-1-12:2014 standard is applicable
