ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Thank you for allowing Transit and Level Clinic to quote you for the Nikon NPL332 Reflectorless Total Station.  Our equipment is cleaned, calibrated and configured before each rental shipment.  The package includes:

-(2) Batteries, (1) Charger

***Prism, Prism Pole and Tripod can be requested free of charge.  These items will incur a $20.00 additional shipping charge each***

Transit and Level Clinic offers free, technical support via phone, Teamviewer or email during normal business hours (EST 8am-5pm).

Please note that training is not included.  If you do not have experience with this equipment, we offer paid training at a daily rate of $1500 + travel expenses. All requested components (such as tripods, poles, etc) should be made in writing.  No Exceptions.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
Following items must be provided to the Supplier and KWIPPED prior to the delivery of the equipment:
  • Copy of Renter's Driver's License
  • Proof of $1,000,000 of Property Insurance listing the Supplier as the Additional Insured
  • Proof of $2,000,000 of Liability Insurance listing the Supplier as the Additional Insured
  • (3) Business References from the Renter must be provided to the Supplier
METHOD OF PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
  • All rental payments must be made to KWIPPED with an ACH Bank Transfer
    • NOTE: ACH Bank Transfers take 7-10 Business Days to clear.  The Supplier will proceed with the delivery of the equipment once the ACH Bank Transfer has cleared KWIPPED's bank account; this means the Rental Start Date may be delayed.  If Expedited Delivery is required to meet the Renter's needs, a One-Time Wire Transfer can be used to make the initial payment for the total amount due upfront; an ACH Bank Transfer will still be required for all additional monthly payments. The Renter will be responsible for paying KWIPPED all Wire Transfer Fees in addition to the total amount due upfront.
  • A valid Credit Card with an Expiration Date that is later than the End Date of the Rental Contract must be provided to KWIPPED 
  • First and Last Month's Rent will be collected by KWIPPED immediately when the order has been placed; add (1) Month's Rent to the 'Due Upfront' showing above on this quote to see the total amount due upfront
