The Mazzer Robur S is a conical burr commercial espresso grinder much favored by bartenders having to deal with large daily volumes and workloads. The fastest coffee grinder from Mazzer, the Robur S has an average grinding speed of 6g/s. The Robus S provides high-performance grinding for high-volume coffee shops. Consistent dosing, uniform coffee grounds, low retention and advanced electronics’ functionality. It is pre-set for connecting to cloud (IoT), thus opening the way towards a whole spectrum of possibilities.
