This Legacy Hobart HL400 features an exclusive swing-out bowl for adding ingredients, changing bowls or checking contents. This product boasts Shift-on-the-Fly™ controls that allow operators to change speeds while mixer is running. This floor mixer, Hobart HL400 has a variable speed motor. This model's SmartTimer™ provides accurate results and prevents overmixing. This Hobart HL400 has automatic time recall, great for creating multiple batches in a row. This unit features a #12 taper attachment hub on front. This Legacy Hobart HL400 has side-mounted controls for easy access. This product includes a 40 qt. capacity stainless steel bowl and wire whip. This Hobart HL400 also includes an aluminum beater and dough hook. This item has a 11⁄2 HP motor. This Hobart HL400, known as a planetary mixer, has three speeds.
