The Globe SP80PL planetary mixer is a 62-inch-high floor model. This durable cast iron unit withstands high-volume use in demanding environments and features a powerlift bowl to ease loading the 80-quart stainless steel bowl into the correct position. The bowl can be transported on the included heavy-duty bowl truck, which is fitted with casters for smooth mobility between mixing areas and food prep stations. To ensure the unit doesn't wobble or rock during operation, it's positioned on nonslip rubber feet.
