This model also includes a #12 attachment hub for slicing, shredding and meat grinding options. This Globe SP62P has digital controls, which allow the operator to select a precise mixing time. Those settings can then be saved for the next mixing batch. This Globe SP62P, also known as a floor mixer, has 2 speeds. This unit can hold up to 50 lbs. of flour (75 lb. batch size).This Globe SP62P for Pizza dough is available in 208V three phase or 220V single phase. This mixer weighs 980 lbs.
