This Globe SP40 comes with a powerful custom built 2 HP motor. Along with a gear driven, high torque transmission, this mixer handles the stiffest dough with ease. This planetary mixer, Globe SP40 has 3 fixed speeds. This unit has front-mounted digital controls and a 60 minute timer with last batch recall. The unit can be used with a set time or in manual mode. This Floor model Globe SP40 comes equipped with an industry standard #12 attachment hub. This mixer has non-slip rubber feet. This Globe SP40 has a stainless steel removable bowl guard with built-in ingredient chute. This interlocking guard is easy to attach and remove for cleaning. This Globe SP40, also known as a 40 Qt. mixer, is 208V (three phase) or 220V (single phase). This model comes with a 6 ft. cord and plug.
