Attach the wire whip and it can now whip cream, egg whites and make meringue in a flash. This durable workhorse will give you consistent output and features a 60 minute timer and last batch recall to help get that done! The Globe SP30 has a rigid cast iron body ensuring years of mixer durability and making this a wise prep tool investment. The SP30 mixer comes complete with a 30 quart stainless steel bowl, removable stainless steel bowl guard featuring a welded ingredient chute, an aluminum flat beater, stainless steel wire whip, and aluminum spiral dough hook.
