DESCRIPTION

An excellent addition to bakeries, pizzerias, and commissaries, this Globe GSM175 spiral mixer keeps the amount of heat and air in your dough to a minimum for larger yields and superior dough quality! The floor mixer boasts a stainless steel bowl, reinforced dough hook, and bowl guard that ensures safe, reliable performance with each and every batch. A 3/4 hp motor rotates the bowl at 35 RPM, while a two speed 3 1/4 hp / 6 hp motor rotates the hook at 104 or 208 RPM to not only consistently handle large, heavy batches, but also give you complete control over your mixing. For even greater convenience, this mixer has dual 20 minute timers that allow it to automatically shift from 1st to 2nd speed as needed.

The Globe GSM175 mixer features a reverse function that temporarily sends the bowl into a clockwise rotation to mix in unblended flour at the bottom of the bowl, and a bowl jog control that allows you to stop the hook from spinning while rotating the bowl into the best position to remove dough for easier unloading and quicker batch turnaround. The mixer's all metal construction has a subtle white powder coating as well as four casters for smooth mobility and easy cleaning. It requires a 208V, 3 phase electrical connection for operation.
