Carter-Hoffmann BB150 Description
The Carter-Hoffmann BB150 heated banquet cabinet can transport 180 plates' worth of food in a single load. Welded, nickel-plated wire shelves are reinforced with shelf clips and are sturdy for heavy loads. Heat stays inside the cabinet thanks to 1-inch fiberglass insulation, while the silicone gasket keeps heat from escaping around the doors. The doors are also insulated with 1-inch-thick fiberglass and have push handles that are attached on both sides of the cabinet. The heating system is mounted on the bottom of the cabinet and is removable without tools. The heating element evenly distributes heat throughout the cabinet. The Carter-Hoffmann BB150 heated banquet cabinet can be heated to 160 degrees F in about 20 minutes, so it can be ready to hold and transport food quickly.
