ADDITIONAL RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Renter must provide a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) before equipment is shipped or picked up, and owner must be listed as an “Additionally Insured.”
A refundable security deposit or pre-authorized hold is required to cover damage, loss, or theft.
Rental begins when equipment is delievered and ends when equipment is shipped
Equipment must be returned clean, undamaged, and with all accessories included.
Renter is fully responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during the rental period, including physical damage, moisture damage, impact damage, or missing accessories.
No repairs, modifications, resets, or internal access to the equipment are permitted.
Late returns will incur daily rental fees until equipment is received.
If returning via shipping, renter must use the provided packaging, insure the shipment for full replacement value, use tracking, and provide proof of shipment within 24 hours.
Equipment may not be used in unsafe or extreme environments (rain, snow, high moisture, dust, sand, excessive heat or cold).
Renter is responsible for exporting and backing up all scan data prior to return; the device will be reset upon receipt.
Only the provided charger may be used. Damage from improper charging will be billed.
Any malfunction, error, or incident must be reported within 12 hours of discovery.
Rental may be canceled if required documents (COI, ID, agreement, payment) are not provided on time.
Equipment may not be taken or shipped outside the United States without written approval.
All shipments must include full tracking, insurance, and signature confirmation.
Equipment may not be used in illegal, hazardous, or explosive environments.
Owner is not responsible for lost work, lost data, or project delays caused by user error or misuse.
Any software provided with the equipment may not be duplicated, shared, or used beyond the rental
