The VST4B Chophouse Broiler by Vulcan is a durable unit to have in a busy kitchen. Sear your steaks and other meat to perfection on the five-position adjustable broiler grid. This chophouse broiler has a half-inch certified griddle plate and three infinite heat control valves to adjust the internal temperature. This unit is made from durable stainless-steel and is made to last through everyday use. Cleanup is easy with the front grease trough, griddle/broiler brush, and two-inch side and back splashes. This chophouse broiler is NSF listed and CSA certified for your health and safety needs.
