With its custom baffle fan and diffuser plate, this half-size Cayenne convection oven ensures consistent baking results every time. Its versatile temperature range of 150°F to 570°F makes it ideal for baking bread, pastries, cakes, meats, vegetables, and more.
This commercial convection oven features a durable stainless steel exterior, built to last in even the busiest kitchens. Four no-tip chrome-plated steel shelves accommodate half-size sheet pans, providing ample space for multiple items to bake at once. The timer function automatically turns off the oven after the set time, making it easy to multitask while baking.
The Vollrath® 40701 also includes a browning function, allowing you to cook various meats and other dishes to perfection. With its Kool-Touch® door, you can rest assured that it is safe and easy to use, and the rounded interior corners make cleaning a breeze.
For added safety, this oven includes knob guards that protect the thermostat and timer from accidental adjustments. Plus, based on independent UL testing, this product complies with NFPA96 for ventless operation using the EPA202 test method. Ventless allowance is dependent upon AHJ approval.
