This Turbo Air PST-28-N Pro Series Food Prep Table can hold (8) 1/6 food pans, has one section, and will keep your food between 33 and 39 degrees. With an attached cutting board and spacious interior, this prep table is the perfect companion for preparing sandwiches or salads.
