The True TSSU-60-24M-B-ST-HC Sandwich Prep Table provides a sleek, stainless steel solution for safe and secure sandwich and salad preparation. This food prep unit includes a full length, removable cutting board made from sanitary, high density white polyethylene for a sturdy work surface, along with foam-insulated lids and hoods which are easy to remove for hassle-free clean-up. Also, there are 24 sixth size, 4" deep food pans are conveniently included in the countertop prep area for common ingredients. When not in use, the foam insulated lid and hood can be closed to maintain freshness and decrease waste.
