DESCRIPTION

True's T-23F-HC single-door freezer is equipped with large evaporator and condenser coils balanced with a 1⁄2-horsepower compressor to keep held food chilled at a consistent -10 degrees Fahrenheit. That temperature is ideal for storing all frozen food, including ice cream, keeping products safe and well preserved. This equipment meets NSF 7 standards for holding open food products, so it is approved for holding foods kept outside their original packages.
This reach-in freezer is built with a sturdy cabinet that features a stainless steel front and an anodized aluminum back, top, and sides. The interior is lined with easy-cleaning clear-coated aluminum and a stainless steel floor with coved corners that make it easy to wipe up spills and debris. The True T-23F-HC single-door freezer has a bottom-mounted condensing unit, meaning its critical components are easy to access for maintenance and cleaning.
