Description
True Manufacturing’s salad/sandwich unit is designed with high-quality materials and made to last. It holds full-size to one-ninth size pans and has an environmentally-friendly (134A), forced-air refrigeration system that holds 33°F to 41°F (.5°C to 5°C). The airflow is directed at pans for colder temperatures. Guided airflow provides uniform temperature in a 360° circle throughout the cabinet for stay-fresh meats, cheeses and colder, crisper salads.

The stainless steel, foam-insulated cover keeps pans colder to lock in freshness, minimizing condensation. The prep unit’s extra wide 11-3/4", removable polyethylene cutting board provides a sturdy workspace. The interior is made of white, vinyl-coated aluminum with coved corners and a stainless steel floor. It comes with adjustable vinyl-coated wire shelves. Its foamed-in-place polyurethane, high-density cell insulation is CFC-free.
