The Thermo Fisher Scientific™ Niton™ XL3t 980 GOLDD+ XRF analyzer is built for the most demanding applications. Provides a lab-quality performance in a handheld instrument. It has up to 30 elements standard analytical range from Mg to U which gets varies by its applications. Detects superior light elements such as Mg, Al, Si, P, and S via helium purge.

• Features include powerful x-ray tube, rugged design, password-protected user security, high count rate for lower detection limits and lab-quality performance. It has four modes that are alloy, bulk, plastic and custom modes. Alloy modes include a metal alloy, electronic alloy, and precious metals. The bulk mode consists of soil, mining, and TestAll. The plastic mode has RoHS plastics, toys, consumer goods plastic, TestAll, painted products. Consists of a touch screen keyboard, user-programmable pick lists and an optional wireless remote barcode reader for data entry. Suitable for analyzing the metal alloys, carry out mining exploration or mapping, detect soil contaminants, test electronics and consumer goods for prohibited substance applications.
• Specifications include Ag anode tube with 6 to 50 kV voltage or 0 to 200 μA maximum current and more than 10,000 readings data storage with spectra.
