The Drying Shaker is a linear drying device that maximized fluid returned while keeping waste generation to a minimum. Two variable-speed motors creates high G-force Linear or Balanced Elliptical motion at all points on the shaker basket maximizing the solids conveying and flow capacity. Wedge-lock fasteners, allow for quick changing of screens. Pre-tensioned screens seal on decking rubber to prevent bypass and maintain high solids control efficiency. Drying shakers can be used individually or grouped with other shakers for multiple shaker systems. Shakers are mounted over agitated reclamation tank.
