DESCRIPTION
For the DTG5000 family, the TEK-DTGM21 is a 4 channel single-ended output module that provides higher output amplitudes into 50 ohm load and includes tri-state (Hi Z) output control. Applications include semiconductor characterization at data rates up to 1.1GB, memory and bi-directional bus testing. The DTGM21 with both 50 ohm and 25 ohm source modes, is an improved replacement for the discontinued DTGM20 output module.
