Star 6015CBF 15" Lava Rock Gas Charbroiler The Star 6015CBF Charbroiler is best designed for a small space setting and can meet the most demanding food service applications. This Charbroiler has grates that can be positioned flat or slanted to meet a variety of broiling needs. This unit has lava rocks for even heat distribution and vaporize drippings for a cleaner product. This Charbroiler has heavy-duty metal knobs that are protected by the bull nose front which is apart of the cool-to-the-touch front feature. This unit has double wall construction which helps reduce heat loss. This Charbroiler is UL and CUL listed for your health and safety needs.
