The Sierra Range SROP-60G pizza deck oven has one compartment. This deck is 48 inches wide and 36 inches deep, so users can prepare several pies simultaneously. To ensure even heating, the deck is heated by tubular burners spaced 12 inches apart.
This Sierra Range SROP-60G pizza deck oven can cook pizzas directly on its Fibra-ment® stone, or it can be paired with screens and pans. Its stone heats more consistently than a metal part and absorbs moisture from crusts, producing consistent, crispy products. Stainless steel construction of the front, top, legs, and sides resists corrosion and is strong enough to withstand heavy-duty use.
