Built with electronically-controlled steam and brew boilers, the RE Doppia recovers quickly to keep up with the demands of the busiest morning rush. Couple that with Rocket Espresso's keen eye for ergonomics—insulated steam wands, volumetric shot controls, and automatic backflush programming to name a few—and you get a rush-ready machine built for baristas and customers both. The RE Doppia machine features a 4.3” touch screen display and fully saturated group technology inside. The RE Doppia combines the latest Rocket Espresso technology with a specification and level of componentry that represents a machine brought to market with an aggressive approach to price versus specification. Pressure transducer controlled service boiler for ultimate steam pressure recovery alongside PID controlled brew boiler for optimum temperature stability, meeting the demands of the highest performing cafés.
