DESCRIPTION

The BWRB30DPH full phase contrast digital beer brewing and wine making microscope was created to provide advanced phase contrast across all magnifications for identifying and counting yeast, bacteria, wort, mold and other samples that vintners and breweries are searching for in the cultivation process. The USB digital camera connects into the computer and provides 3.2 megapixels to capture images and video. Includes software for making measurements.
Body: Trinocular head with 30mm eyetubes. Interpupillary adjustment from 50-75mm. Eyetubes inclined at 30º. Rotating eyetubes provide height adjustment of up to 34mm. Full time beam splitter 50/50.
Objective Lenses: Quintuple nosepiece holds Infinity Corrected FPL-PH Plan Phase 10x, 20x, 40x, 100x oil immersion objective lenses. Nosepiece has a slot for analyzer.
Eyepieces: Widefield PL 10x / 20mm focusing eyepieces. Accepts 26mm diameter reticle.
Total Magnification: 100x, 200x, 400x, 1000x.
Specimen Stage: 150 x 140mm mechanical stage with 76mm x 50mm X-Y travel range. Precision 0.1mm. Low-position coaxial controls.
Condenser: Phase turret condenser with BF, PH1, PH2, PH3, PH4 stops. Iris diaphragm. Includes green interference filter and centering screws.
Focusing: Coaxial coarse and fine focusing controls, coarse has tension adjustment, fine is graduated. Locking position for stage.
Illumination: Koehler 3w LED illumination with 20,000 hour expected life.
Camera & Software: Includes c-mount adapter (0.5x) and 3.2 megapixel digital camera and software. USB camera connects directly a computer for viewing live images from the microscope. Capture and save images and video. The software can be used to make measurements, add annotations to photos and adjust color balance.
Size & Weight: 7.8" W x 11.6" D x 17.9" H, 16 lbs., 22 lbs.
Warranty: 5 Year warranty, excluding bulb, cord and fuse.
Includes: Dust Cover, lens cleaning paper, phase centering telescope.
