DESCRIPTION

The Fein Optic high definition digital inverted phase contrast biological microscope provides an infinity corrected optical system with high quality optics. This Inverted microscope includes the following:

Objective Lenses: Plan Phase contrast 10x (WD = 7.94mm) and Plan Phase Contrast 20x (WD = 7.66mm) mounted in quintuple nosepiece. Optional Plan Phase 40x available below.
Eyepieces: 45° inclined gemel trinocular head with erect image. Beam splitter provides 100:0 or 0:100. Interpupillary distance adjustment from 54mm - 75mm. Dual diopters +/-5. High eyepoint plan 10x, FN22 eyepieces. Eyepieces have reticle retaining ring to hold 26mm diameter reticle. Includes c-mount adapter.
Total Magnification: 100x, 200x.
Specimen Stage: Fixed stage 250mm x 160mm. Travel range of 120mm x 78mm. Attachable mechanical stage available below.
Focusing: Ergonomically low-positioned, coaxial, coarse and fine focus knobs with adjustable tension control. Range of travel is 9mm total. Rotations of fine focus is 0.002mm per revolution.
Illumination: Koehler 6v, 30w halogen lamp with alterable field diaphragm. Bulb is pre-centered and intensity adjustable.
Light Focusing: NA 0.3 long working distance condenser, WD 72mm, bracket can be removed from optical path. Includes phase centering telescope. Phase slider with open (brightfield), Ph1 and Ph2 positions. Green Interference Filter.
Body: Automatic voltage sensing power supply 110v~240v, removable power cord. Includes blue filter and dust cover.
HD Camera: 1080P HD camera with direct output to HDMI HD monitor. Sensor is 1/2.8" CMOS Sony IMX236(C). Pixels 2.8x2.8µm. 60 frames per second at 1920x1080. Binning 1x1. 2mp image capture, software, power adapter 100~240V, HDMI cable, USB mouse. Included software can be used to capture images and make measurements on a PC (will not work on MAC).
LCD HD Monitor: 12" LCD HDMI monitor, true 1080P with LED backlight. Monitor mounts directly to the HD camera. Includes 110~240V power cord and HDMI cable.
