DESCRIPTION

The Olympus INNOV-X Delta Pro XRF analyzer offers highly specific material chemistry to quickly and accurately identify alloy grades and pure metals. Generates the alloy chemistry and grade ID results within seconds. Alloy and mining analytical ranges above the Ti and soil analytical ranges P and higher.

• Features include positive material identification, SmartSort mode, grade matching messaging, welding grade library, high temperature ready, tramp library and easy report generation. Used for chromium-molybdenum steels, cobalt, copper, magnesium, nickel, stainless steel, tool steel, titanium, wrought aluminum, zinc, zirconium, and many other exotic alloys.
• Specifications include 4W Au or Ta anode X-ray tube excitation, Si-PIN diode detector, 530 MHz frequency CPU with integrated FPU with 128 MB RAM, 32-bit Color QVGA resolution, 57 x 73 mm size of Blanview transmissive backlit touchscreen, 1 GB microSD data storage, USB or Bluetooth connectivity and operating temperature ranging from -10 to 50 degrees C. Optimized hardware settings include X-ray tube target material, power (kV and µA), filters and background subtraction or normalization. It takes approx. 60 seconds of measurement time per beam condition.
