Important Notes:
  1. Client must provide 120VAC shore power connection to power the unit.
  2. Client must provide 2" potable water line.
  3. Client must provide 3" sewer line.
  4. Previous Performance Example Photo provided for reference only.
  5. Minimum Rental Terms: 24 months.
  6. Reservation Deposit Amount equal to two months of the rental rate prior to delivery. Amount will be applied as the last two months payment. Non-refundable.
  7. Early Rental Termination requests will not be honored.  The Client may return the product early but remain responsible for all 24 month payments.
  8. Rental Client Training and Clinic Acceptance to take place at Odulair Manufacturing Facility in Joelton, TN.
  9. Shipping must be in the contiguous United States.
