The NITRON® Cold Draft Scholle is a countertop dispenser designed to pour premium cold brew or tea—offering two ½-gallon concentrate inputs, typically one Nitro-infused and one Still—delivered via gas infusion for a cascading micro-bubble effect up to three minutes long. It features a lit door with an LED alert to notify operators when nitrogen needs replenishing, and includes a High-Intensity mixing chamber for consistent blending, all within a refrigerated cabinet to maintain product freshness. The unit also supports interchangeable custom tap handles and a large dispensing area suited for tall glassware.
