DESCRIPTION
The Bullet Blender® STORM 5 enables you to homogenize, disrupt, or lyse up to 12 tissue or cell culture samples at a time in standard 5 ml tubes. Load the samples into the tubes, place them in the Bullet Blender, set the time and speed and you're ready! The "bullets" in the instrument vigorously strike all of the tubes and homogenize your sample in minutes.
The "STORM" model of the Bullet Blender has extra power to improve the homogenization of tougher samples and also incorporates air cooling to dissipate heat.  The air cooling draws circulates ambient air into the Bullet Blender, maintaining samples at ambient temperature. 

Two models of the Bullet Blender STORM 5 are available to accommodate screw-cap and snap-cap tubes:
  • The Screw-Cap model uses 5ml skirted screw-cap Axygen tubes.
  • The EVEN MORE POWERFUL Snap-Cap model uses 5ml snap-cap Eppendorf tubes.
