Motic PSM1000 probe station microscope is a laser-ready system ideal for the semiconductor and flat panel display industries. The microscope system is geared for inspection and laser work in one system. Quickly convert from optical inspection to laser work by utilizing the 3-lens changeover turret and beam splitter.

The Motic PSM1000 features include:
Microscope Body: Ergonomic tilting trinocular head adjusts from 3° to 30° with a beam splitter providing 50/50 light or 0/100. Image is erect. Siedentopf head with interpupillary distance adjustment range of 55mm - 75mm.
Eyepieces: Includes adjustable widefield high eyepoint 10x eyepieces, FN 24mm.
Optical Pass Ratio: Switchable 3-lens changeover turret (eyepiece/laser = 100/0 or 0/100), simultaneous observation 50/50.
Tube Lens (Correction): 1x (ultraviolet & infrared) and 2x (visible)
Laser Work: Pull out beam splitter for laser work. Laser capabilities 355nm-1064nm. Includes laser safety kit (shims and laser safety pin).
Applicable laser: 1064/532/355nm NWR laser
Magnification Range: 20x - 2000x
Objectives: Not included - select from options below including Plan APO ELWD, Parfocality adjustable objectives, ultra long working distance objectives and NIR objectives.
Focus Adjustment: Coaxial coarse & fine focusing on both sides, 50mm travel range, 0.1mm/rev. for fine adjustment, 4mm/rev. for coarse adjustment.
Camera/Laser Mount: Use c-mount adapter (below) for attaching camera. Laser safety pin assures laser from falling off during operation.
Light Source: Optional 150w cold light source and 2m light guide can be found below. Microscope body includes port for fiber optic light guide. Built-in iris diaphragm.
Nosepiece: Spring loaded quadruple objective nosepiece, parcenterable.
Analyzer: Simple adjustable slide holder with notch locking method. Spectrum covered is 400nm-700nm. Analyzer slider sold separately (see below).
Polarizer: Simple slide holder with notch locking method. Spectrum covered is 400nm-700nm. Polarizer slider sold separately.
Stage: Optional mechanical stage available.
