DESCRIPTION

A full size sheet pan, digital, electric convection oven with a high performance ++¬-+ HP, 300W, bi-directional reversing fan system. The Turbofan is constructed of a stainless steel front, sides, and top exterior with a fully welded porcelain enameled oven chamber. It contains a thick outer glass and a thick low energy loss inner glass that is framed by a stainless steel, side hinged door.

The convection oven offers convenient ease of use, so frozen goods, morning goods, croissants, pastries, and savories can be baked fresh daily with consistency and quality. Be it chocolate cake or prime rib, you can rely on the quality and features to deliver results that are effortless, flawless and, most importantly, consistent.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This convection oven holds 5 full size sheet or hotel pans with 3 1/3" tray spacing between the 5 oven wire racks. It has a large ++¬-+" digital display for the time and temperature. Controls include 6 function keys, on/off key, oven lamp key, timer start/stop key, water injection key, programs select key, and an actual temperature display key. The programs select key is used to program up to 20 programs. A safe touch vented side hinged door with a stay cool handle that can be left or right hinged. It also features a removable plug-in oven door seal for easy cleaning, a halogen lamp for higher quality lighting and merchandising, with an auto off for energy savings, and anti-skid adjustable stainless steel feet. The thermostat ranges from 150 degrees Fahrenheit -550 degrees Fahrenheit . The timer ranges from 180 minutes in countdown mode and 999 minutes in time count mode for holding or slow cooking. The electrically heated Turbofan convection oven is ETL listed and NSF-4 listed.
