The Metro C599-SFS-U gives operators the control to hold food better. Temperature and relative humidity are constantly measured, maintained, and displayed. This cabinet offers greater capacity of food product with 1-1/2" slide spacing and more slides provided standard. It is designed for the heavy-duty use of commercial kitchens. High-quality components and construction provides a long life of worry-free use. In addition, all the smooth surfaces, coved base, and easy-to-wipe drip trough make cleaning fast and easy.
