DESCRIPTION

This Meiko DV80.2 208-230/60/3 dish machine features a built-in booster heater that heats incoming water to the 180 degrees F necessary to sanitize dishes with just hot water. An Auto Safe feature prevents the final rinse cycle from starting if that temperature is not met. Along with the machine's powerful wash pump and high-pressure rinse pump, those features ensure that dishes are consistently washed and sanitized after each load.
This equipment is built out of 304 and 316 stainless steel, along with its non-clogging rinse and wash arms. When the Meiko DV80.2 208-230/60/3 is shut down, it rinses the wash chamber so it's easier to clean and maintain. The machine's sloped ceiling prevents condensation from dripping on users and from contaminating sanitized dishes.
