The Star 5124CF Electric Charbroiler is designed for demanding food service while giving maintenance-free operation. This Charbroiler has heavy-duty cast iron grates that are removable for easy cleaning. Constructed from stainless-steel, this unit is able to stand up to the toughest jobs you can throw at it. Infinite heat controls provide the perfect cook every time while the front panel stays cool-to-the-touch. This Charbroiler is UL and CUL listed for your health and safety needs. This product is ideal for items such as meat, shish kabobs, or other menu items. The Star 5124CF Electric Charbroiler is also known as: 5124-CF

• UL & CUL listed • Longer lasting heavy-duty metal knobs • Two types of heat transfer, radiation direct from elements and conduction through the grates, provide even heat distribution for maximum cooking performance. • High performance, incoloy sheath type heating elements, 4 on the 24" model and 6 on the 36" model, provide high speed charbroiling to accommodate high volume operations. • Infinite control every 12" of cooking surface for precise temperature control. • Heavy-duty cast iron grates are removable for fast and easy clean up. • Swing-up heating element assembly can be locked in a vertical position for easy and safe cleaning. • Cool to the touch stainless steel bull nose front provides knob protection and a comfortable work zone. • Heavy-duty, 4" adjustable legs to match the height of other Max™ equipment in your line.
