The Leica RM2235 microtome is a user-friendly, robust microtome that is designed for manual routine paraffin sectioning but can also be used for cutting harder materials. The Leica RM2235 microtome is perfectly suited for those who expect precision sectioning and appreciate the feel and extra measure of control during manual sectioning. The Leica RM2235 microtome offers one-piece, protective housing that provides long product life. The compact base features a wrap-around, magnetized waste tray for space-saving convenience. The Leica RM2235 microtome has an ergonomically located coarse feed wheel for fatigue-free operation. The Leica RM2235 microtome has an extremely smooth-running hand wheel due to a patented user-adjustable force compensation system.
