DESCRIPTION

Quickly, easily, and efficiently clean full racks of used dishes with the Jackson TempStar HH-E VER ventless high temperature door type dish machine with energy recovery and a large door! Since this model is ventless, it doesn't require a hood. It also has an energy recovery system that collects the water vapor inside the machine and uses it to heat up the incoming water. This helps to reduce energy consumption and eliminates the need for a ventilation hood.
