Because it's a high-temperature model, the Jackson AJX-44CE conveyor dishmachine cleans 225 racks per hour and uses 0.68 gallons of water per rack—153 gallons per hour. Electric tank heat ensures incoming water temperatures are raised to 180 degrees Fahrenheit to sanitize dishes, and operators can choose between a 40-degree-Fahrenheit or 70-degree-Fahrenheit booster heater to ensures water temperatures reach the necessary levels; booster heaters are sold separately. This fully automatic unit features an EnergyGuard™ control system that only keeps the unit on when a rack is being washed or rinsed to conserve energy. A 1⁄4-horsepower motor drives the conveyor system, and users can modify conveyor speed with the Adjust-A-Peak™ feature to maximize output or thoroughly remove baked-on grime.
