DESCRIPTION

The Ice-O-Matic ICEU300FW is a self-contained ice machine that uses a water-cooled condenser. It produces full cube ice, which is best used for bulk cooling and serving drinks, and can produce up to 356 pounds of ice per day. This model is just 30 inches wide and meant to be installed as an undercounter ice machine and, with a 97-pound storage bin that is integrated with the rest of the unit, gives kitchens and prep areas with limited available space in their layout a more compact option for ice supply. For optimal production results, this water-cooled model should be operated with 50 degree Fahrenheit incoming water and in ambient air with a temperature of 70 degrees Fahrenheit.
The ICEU300FW ice machine includes standard Ice-O-Matic features that make ice production reliable. Finished ice is regularly pushed into the ice bin by the Harvest Assist feature, which provides more consistent ice production, and the evaporator is designed with a copper core and nickel plating to make it more resistant to potential ice and water damage. The company's Pure ICE advantage provides antimicrobial protection on ice maker surfaces to inhibit the growth of unsightly and unsanitary bacteria. This ice machine's construction includes durable stainless steel that resists corrosion and molded plastic that resists fingerprints.
