DESCRIPTION
The Ice-O-Matic ICEU226FW will provide your kitchen or prep area with an undercounter ice machine that produces full cube ice, a large style of ice suitable for beverages and bulk cooling needs. A self-contained ice machine equipped with a water-cooled condenser, this model has a maximum production capacity of 232 pounds of ice per day. A large sliding door at the top of the unit provides easy front access to the ice storage bin, which can store up to 70 pounds of ice at a time. With adjustable 6-inch legs and a width of just 24 inches, this model is designed to fit into compact spaces.
The Ice-O-Matic ICEU226FW ice machine is also built with durability in mind, with stainless steel and molded plastic construction. It also includes many of the company's standard features that help provide a reliable performance. Bacteria growth on the ice making surfaces is inhibited by Pure ICE antimicrobial protection and the nickel-plated evaporator with a copper core resists damage caused by water and ice exposure. Ice production is kept consistent with Harvest Assist, which regularly pushes finished ice into the storage bin. For optimal production, the ice machine should be used in an ambient air temperature of 70 degrees Fahrenheit and with an incoming water temperature of 50 degrees Fahrenheit.
