DESCRIPTION

The Hobart CRS-66A dishwasher has a capacity of 203 racks per hour. This fully automatic, high-temperature single-tank, rack-type dishwasher has flexible strip curtains at the ends of the chamber and between the prewash, wash and final rinse compartments. The large inspection doors on this unit are located on the front of the machine to provide easy access to the wash arms, rinse arms, rinse pan strainer, strainer baskets, front and rear strainer, and the pump intake screens. This unit is designed to clean and sanitize with hot water 160 degrees wash and 180 degrees final rinse. The automatic interlocks shut off the pump and the conveyor if a door is opened while the machine is in operation and the fill is also interrupted whenever a door is opened. This dishwasher comes standard with a 2 horsepower wash motor, a 1 horsepower prewash motor, and a 1/6 horsepower gearmotor with manual overload protection. This CRS-66A prewash tank comes equipped with an upper stainless steel wash arm with specially shaped nozzles that have large openings and are arranged to effectively scrap all types of tableware.
