Whether it's a delicate wine glass or a grimy pot, the Hobart AM15T-1 tall select high / low temperature dishwasher can clean them all. This dishwasher comes configured for high temperature operation with the use of an external booster heater (sold separately). A high temperature unit can be especially helpful for times when you need to reduce the amount of money you spend on chemicals or are concerned about residue from chemical sanitizers affecting the taste of your sensitive foods or beverages. If you prefer a low temperature unit however, this model can easily be converted to low temperature operation by attaching an additional chemical pump (sold separately) for dispensing a chemical sanitizer. Low temperature units can help save energy.

This dishwasher comes equipped with four different wash cycles so that you can adjust the wash time based on how soiled your dishes are. The cycles are 1, 2, 4, and 6 minutes long, to make sure that all your pots and pans, kitchen tools, dishware, glassware, and flatware comes out totally clean the first time it is washed. This dishwasher also features increased wash water pressure so that it cleans and sanitizes everything more efficiently the first time.

Core issues such as cost of ownership, productivity, and food safety led to the development of this unit, which uses only .74 gallons of water per rack, less than many other door-type dishwashers on the market.
