PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The PTS 75 DC hipots are combination high voltage DC proof testers, or hipots, and high voltage Megohmmeters. Hipoting, or leakage current measurement, and insulation resistance testing can now be performed with one instrument. The PTS 75 hipot includes regulated input for accurate, reliable results. The High Voltage PTS 75 is Iideal for field generator use.
The following are the key features of the PTS 75:
  • Five range current meter with a 0-1.0 A low range for Leakage
  • Current measurements with resolution to 10 nanoamperes
  • Megohm readings at any output voltage
  • Regulated input for accurate, reliable results. Ideal for field generator use. ± 1% stability with ± 10% line change
  • Internal HV shorting solenoid with discharge resistor
  • Continuous Duty Cycle
  • Automatic transit protected meters
  • Rugged case with cushion grip handles
  • Glass front meters eliminate static buildup
