Heat is gently and evenly distributed through the 2/3 jacket covered kettle to cook food faster without any hot-spots or need for constant stirring. The shorter cooking time and large capacity reduces your energy and labor costs, saving you money. This 40 gallon steam jacketed kettle is constructed of insulated stainless steel and operates from electric-heated steam. The satin finish on the exterior of the kettle ensures easy cleaning and maintenance while the 316 stainless steel interior protects against high acid foods. The efficiency, versatility and capacity of the Groen EE-40 40 Gallon Electric Steam Jacketed Kettle will result in more food being cooked, less time being used and more money in your pocket.
