DESCRIPTION

This wafer inspection microscope provides brightfield and darkfield, polarized light and DIC.

Objective Lenses: DIN Infinity Corrected Optical System (ICOS) BD-SAPO Semi Apo metallurgical objective lenses include:

Semi Apo Metallurgical 5x objective, NA 0.15, WD 19.5mm
Semi Apo Metallurgical 10x objective, NA 0.30, WD 10.9mm
Semi Apo Metallurgical 20x objective, NA 0.50, WD 3.2mm
Semi Apo Metallurgical 50x objective, NA 0.80, WD 1.2mm
Semi Apo Metallurgical 100x objective, NA 0.90, WD 1.0mm

Viewing Head: Siedentopf-type trinocular head. Eyetubes inclined at 30° with erect image, beam splitter ratio 100/0, 0/100, FN25. The interpupillary distance is adjustable between 50mm - 76mm.
Eyepieces: WF10x/25 high eyepoint plan eyepieces, diopter adjustable.
Frame: Reflected light frame with coaxial coarse and fine focus adjustment. Coarse distance 33mm, fine precision 0.001mm, with tension adjustment and upper limit stop.
Nosepiece: BD sextuple nosepiece with DIC slot.
Total Magnification: 50x, 100x, 200, 500x, 1000x.
Specimen Stage: 8 inch 3-layer mechanical stage with X/Y axis coaxial adjustment, 525mm x 330mm, moving range of 210mm x 210mm with glass plate. Graduations of 2µm.
Illumination: Koehler illumination with field iris, 12v, 100w halogen illuminator in rear-mounted lamphouse with intensity control. 100~240V. BD illuminator has center adjustable iris aperture and field diaphragms.
Polarization: includes polarizer for reflected light and 360º rotatable analyzer.
Focusing: Ergonomically low positioned coaxial focusing controls allow the operator to work with their forearms relaxed on the working surface. Range of travel is 23mm. Rotation of fine focus is 0.2mm per revolution.
